Simple Key access for doors & automatic gates
The Key Lock Box Series allows simple key access through automatic gates and pedestrian doors.  Built in a rugged steel housing, it is ideal for outdoor use.  And the built-in LED light makes it easy to use at night.
  • It is available using a standard size mortise lock or with a smaller switch lock.  
  • The optional TDM100 timer module can be added to any Key Lock Box to offer time delayed activation for pedestrian doors or gates.  It can also be set as a toggle device allowing the key lock box to hold the door or gate open when activated.​​​​​​​

KLB100-M Mortise Key Lock Box

The KLB100-M uses a standard size lock for simple key controlled access.  It is built in a rugged steel box and includes a built-in LED light making ideal for outdoor use.
  • Mortise Lock uses standard style house key.
  • Standard momentary activation. 
  • Time delay and hold open option when the TDM100 is added.

KLB100-S Switch Key Lock Box

​The KLB100-S uses a smaller size lock for simple key controlled access.  It is built in a rugged steel box and includes a built-in LED light making ideal for outdoor use.
  • Switch Lock uses standard style house key.
  • Spring return momentary activation or hold open activation styles available. 
  • Time delay and hold open option when the TDM100 is added.

TDM100 Time Delay Module

The TDM100 is a simple time delay module for key switches, pushbuttons and other access devices that do not have a time delay output.  Once an access device is connected to the TDM100, its output will initiate a contact with the Time Delay Module and start a timed countdown before the relay on the TDM-0100 is activated.  The time delay can be set from 1-99 seconds or the TDM-0100 can be put into a toggle mode.
